Bet Bright - closed my account for no reason

Resolved - An initial issue with security identification verification has been resolved by Bet Bright and this player has been paid in full.

Player's Complaint

Hello, I registered with bet bright around a month ago. I played for about 2-3 days until they locked my account with my money in it. They requested documents for ID, Proof of address and my bank card. I provided my Passport, Bank statement and Bank card. Bet bright came back one day later stating:

Dear [EDIT],

Thank you for sending your documents.

We are unable to verify your details and a decision has been made to permanently close your account.

I kept on contacting them and they came back with the same answer. 2 days ago I sent them my phone bill and I received the same response. I searched online and found your website to be a reliable source for issues like this. Thanks for your time reading this. Please let me know and I can forward to you the documents and emails I have sent to the so far.

Hi Valkata77,

Apologies for the delay. I've now discussed this issue in full with BetBright. There were initially some concerns regarding your proof of address, but as you've now provided additional documentation these have been resolved.

As such BetBright have returned your funds to your account and I believe they are processing your withdrawal. If you could confirm when you receive your funds we'd appreciate it.
