Bet Bright - closed my account for no reason
Resolved - An initial issue with security identification verification has been resolved by Bet Bright and this player has been paid in full.
Hello, I registered with bet bright around a month ago. I played for about 2-3 days until they locked my account with my money in it. They requested documents for ID, Proof of address and my bank card. I provided my Passport, Bank statement and Bank card. Bet bright came back one day later stating:
Thank you for sending your documents.
We are unable to verify your details and a decision has been made to permanently close your account.
I kept on contacting them and they came back with the same answer. 2 days ago I sent them my phone bill and I received the same response. I searched online and found your website to be a reliable source for issues like this. Thanks for your time reading this. Please let me know and I can forward to you the documents and emails I have sent to the so far.
