Player's Complaint
Casino requested proof of wealth documents and I sent a detailed bank statement. All of my Aspire Global accounts were locked while the check was done. Well that was 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been done, I’m still locked out of my accounts and they are ignoring my emails and are not available on chat apparently. They have my private information which I didn’t want to send in the first place and are just doing nothing and completely ignoring me. Not to mention the fact that I can’t get on to my own casino accounts. Please help me because I don’t know how else to get this solved
