Player's Complaint
Hi I deposited £1000 in to my account and was not asked for ID , I won on online casino and now they are refusing to accept my documents as they keep making excuses , its blurry , its not got the correct information , i have had this passed on other sites ,I have asked on several occasions if my documents have been approved and still making the same excuses . Im not at my wits end with this hence the reason for contacting yourselves .

Hi condy74,
Specifically what is the issue here? Are you complaining that they had not asked for ID before accepting your money? Or is it the verification process that is the problem?
