Hi I withdrew 850 winnings on 11/1/20 and have not received any payment to my card. Told 3 to 5 days then a problem with visa transaction. I should get money today they said.. Still no sign. I have transaction ID number and a confirmation email. Can't call as no contact number. Can you please help. Ty
