Bet365 - £500 deposit

Found for the Player - Despite holding Accreditation from the UKGC as an Alternative Dispute Resolution service, Bet365 have declined to discuss this complaint with us and insisted that we forward the player on to their chosen ADR, IBAS. As such there is nothing further we can do to help this player.

Player's Complaint

Bet365 claimed I withdrew £500 from my bank and in 2.5 minutes doubled it and withdrew all of the money. The £500 has gone from my bank but I am sure I did not put it on as I was winning anyway and have never put £500 on any casino site. It showed £500 in the deposit history yet was not listed in the services. When I complained to them they have locked me out of the site so I cant even check my play history. When I rang them they said they would not let me back into my account (which still has £38 in) until I took full responsibility of the £500 deposit. We have not had any response from Bet365 yet, but as this week is one of the biggest affiliate conferences of the year and the affiliate department is the department we've contacted this isn't entirely unexpected.

I'll let you know when we hear something back.

Unfortunately we've received no further response from Bet365. All I can recommend you do is contact their Alternative Dispute Resolution service IBAS.
