Player's Complaint
I had Gamstop in place and Bet365 still accepted deposits from me on the 19th of June 2019. I contacted them asked if they would refund these as a responsible gambling operator and they refused too.

Yes same information was used on Gamstop.

Bet365 have informed us that they will not cooperate in the management of this complaint - or any other complaint - with this service.
All we can suggest would be contacting the UKGC directly as they reserve management of complaints related to GamStop to themselves.
