I played on betamo (roulette)iand After i made 5100 i could not withdrawal, they asked me To send a proof of ID-bank acoount-adress , i did And they asked me about the paysafe account i said that i used thé paysafe account of a friend To deposit i did the Same methode on unibet -winner casino . After that i chatted with support they told that not a problem i can withdrawal After i Send the proofs that they ask. When i sended everything, they closed the Next day My account And they told me that they take that money Off Because i used the paysafe account of somebody!!! I find that they easy And quick disicion took Because they didnt have a proof of paysafe And it is not a fraude !maybe a mistake that they could Give a warning pr somthitng like! This is not how they can treat a customer who loses his money . I made the Same. On another casino’s And it was never a probleme i thought just that i cant use another bank account but paysafe i thought it s the Same Because before. I didnt need an account. And now Its changed but Its also My money that i buy from the supermarket (paysafe codes)
So i hope You can find a solution To résolve that .

Yes as i said. I user a paysafe account of my friend but i won 5100€ , Maybe if They give my deposits Back ! Then Its Oke , i made before a deposits with My bank account so They wont To withdrawal the 5100 What about the deposits!!?

Betamo have informed us that they are waiting on you providing screenshots of the Paysafe account that the deposit was made from showing the deposits that were made.

I mean that the person who's payment method you used, needs to email Betamo a screenshot of their Paysafe Account showing the deposits that were made. When they send the email they need to include the email address [email protected] in the CC field.
