Resolved - Betamo Casino have informed us that this player has been paid. The player has been non-responsive to our requests for updates so we assume they are happy.

Player's Complaint

Good afternoon,

I am writing to you because I have been cheated by Betamo Cashino. Once I won a £1500 I received an email, that my account will be closed because I breached your maximum, allowed bet some times ago. Which I was not aware of, but it is a different story...After this time I was able to put money in, it was 1350euros. I was able to play and lose money.

I already had an appointment with my solicitor and he advised that it was illegal what you(they) have done to me. If you think I breached anything why I was allowed to pay money a few times and when I was loosing this money everything was ok. The problem accrued when I won.

You were taking more and more money when I was losing them and when I won you found out that sometimes ago I breached something and you have to close my account and cant pay me money I won. It is bullshit [EDIT].

If it was the case you should close my account after it happened and I shouldn't be allowed to put any more money to the Betamo Casino.

In this case, I want my money back(1350 euros) I put in after like been said I breached a maximum bet of 5euros.

I count on a positive consideration of this case.
