hello alright i understand the fact above about reactoonz thanks for explaining this i can trust you guys.
I do not have a livechat from this because they dont have a setting where you can send it to your email.
So i have no way to possible have proof of this i also didnt take screenshots of this.
But i used the code that i should have used did nothing wrong and still didnt get.
If i would deposit again they would say the same thing but i dont have money left atm to spend (i rather pay bills ;))
so i cant really proof it atm but they should have gaven it to me i can tell you what deposit it was.
The first one was first try this should have gaven me the bonus money.

I've reviewed your Live Chat conversation records with Betamo. They did not tell you anything even approaching "U PROB ARE AN IDIOT AND DID SOMETHING WRONG SO TRY AGAIN".
What you were told was:
"Unfortunately, we are not able to issue a bonus on your deposit as you have NO bonus code. The system wouldn't let me to add another bonus to you as you have already spent your balance. If you contacted us before you started playing, we would be able to add your bonus manually."
Reviewing the bonus terms they include the following:
"2b. To activate a bonus, the bonus code given in the bonus description must be used when making a deposit."
So this issue has occurred because you have forgotten to enter the bonus code when you made your deposit. This mistake could have been rectified had you contacted support before you started playing, but you chose to wait until afterwards. The term above is clear that if you do not enter the code at point of deposit the bonus will not be issued.

With regard to your complaint - firstly slots are considered a high variance game. 10k rounds would not be enough to draw any valid conclusions about the fairness of the RNG or the RTP settings. Secondly, Reactoonz is a Play N Go game. Beyond the RTP settings that are adjustable by the operator and reflected in the paytable (set to 96.51%) the operator has no control over the the performance of the game. No software provider would allow this.
