Player's Complaint

 

I put 450 euros in the ideal method at this casino. and I won back 450 euros. I wanted to take them out and this casino confiscated my winnings saying that the payment method by which I made the deposits is not accepted by them.is not corect. why do they still have this method of payment if they do not accept it? [EDIT] I have a proof whit a bank transfers . Please help me.
