This is really ridiculous. I am busy for almost one month explaining and to provide the all evidence of my join card account and you coming non-stop with stupid reasons. All conversations will be sent to my lawyer because we were all done with all evidence en explanations. And I have got a message from you, that I can upload all documents and make cash out. In the attachment, you can find all explanations and evidence. So it is enough from my side
Psychologically I am completely broken. I already sent an email to my lawyer today. They are not only going to ask you for my honest money, but also compensation for my current health situation.

I won 1500 with online casino. Since month I try to get my money, but betamo comes with all kinds of excuses for not paying that.
I have money deposit with my join account with my wife which is also mine.
I have asked bank for official letter to show that account belongs to both of us. I have sent bank statements, which state nse names together, address and account number.
I sent bank pass with our names together. But I also have my bank card with my name with the same account.
They have accepted everything. but if i start uploading everything in the site, camcellen my cashout.
All proofs come in PDF file. Everything is now digital.
They ask for IPG or PNG format. I do that with that format, they still don't accept.
Come up with various stupid reasons for not releasing money.
