BetBright - Non-payment commission

Ruling

Resolved - A payment delay issue has been resolved and this affiliate has now confirmed that they have received their funds from BetBright Affiliates.

Player's Complaint

Kelfast, operators of Betbright's affiliate programme. Yet again, unpaid commission. October's earnings 2018 still unpaid as of middle January 2019. Invoice submitted 01 Nov 2018. Aff manager it seems cannot help, have pointed this out to him. When I mailed another invoice Jan 01 for December's commission I asked for news and received this vague reply:

"Our next payment run is planned for the middle of the month.

We will confirm the invoices included on this run by Monday 14th January 2019."

Obviously no indication received, or e-mail. Hence this complaint.

I am also aware of a thread of complaints regarding this lot over at GPWA. Hope payment can be retrieved, not at all optimistic about this lot.

OK, this October commission owing was paid today. Thanks. I am owed an invoice for December's so I although that isn't late at present I am not overly optimistic that the same eventuality won't occur.

Yes, as I thought things haven't been brought up to date and naturally December's hasn't been paid in January. I don't know exactly what timescale these people are running to, but it's not within their terms.

Hi dunover,

I'll contact the program and see if we can get clarification regarding their payment date.

Last I checked it was within 30 business days of an invoice being received. Assuming you request the withdrawals within their system this could ultimately still take longer than a month as they work on "business" days.

I don't think you can request withdrawals in the system - at least can't see them. I have to make an invoice and send it via e-mail to a woman at Kelfast. D

Yes, the October payment was received, I did confirm this earlier in the thread. As of yet December's isn't late, but will be in the next few days if it doesn't come through.

Have received the outstanding payment for December today 20Feb 2019. So resolved. The programme has asked us all to stop promoting anyway so the only revenues in the upcoming period will be residual players, assuming they're still going to pay for them. I still have a smaller amount in my balance for February thus far but this would likely be below their invoicing threshold and as such I can't foresee it causing an issue. Thanks, D
