Dear support,
I´m contacting you concerning your decision to withhold my winnings made on december 4. and 5. Your argument was that I exceeded the maximum bet as specified by contract. I must admit that I was unaware about the fine print stating these terms about the maximum bet and I would like to point out that you did accept the bets also your software in no way indicated there was a problem placing them. To resolve this matter I would like to suggest a compromise. If you disregard any bets and winnings made, that exceeds your specified maxbet, I will accept whatever sum you derive at. I would like you to send me the betting history from december 4th and 5th, so I can check the results. For your information, if we can't find an agreement I will be forced to contact the Pogg and the Malta Gaming Authority to render my complaint with them. I hope we can find a positive solution for both parties. If you need to contact me directly my telephone number is [EDIT] or I could come to your offices in Valletta as often in Malta on business. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Sadly there is nothing we can do to assist you in this instance. If you have exceeded the maximum allowed bet while a bonus was in your account you have breach the bonus terms of use. As such the operator are within their rights to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to pre-contract conditions.
All we can suggest you do is ensure that you read the term associated with any bonus you claim before playing in future.
