Player's Complaint
Last Monday Betfair closed my account. I sent in all the required verification details and was told my ticket was under review but everytime I check up on it I get the same company line of you are in a queue please wait. Given the amount of money involved I am concerned I have heard absolutely nothing regarding the documents I submitted. I don't understand how long I am supposed to wait patiently without hearing anything and was wondering if you could help me resolve this issue?

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 31st of July let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
