Declined - This complaint is very similar to another recent complaint submitted by this individual, where the complainant declined to cooperate with our investigation. As such we will be taking no part in the management of this claim.

I opened my Bethard account in June 2021. As at 17.11.2021 I sent email that I have serious gambling problem, and please close my account/prevent open new accounts, and please apply it to your sister casinos. They did not block me so I was able to continue gambling in Bethard.com and betive.com. After 17.11.2021 I have lost 27766€ to Bethard Group casinos.
I have proven to Bethard that I have sent the email to correct email-address (they admit it), but they say that the email must come from the registered email address. However, In my closure request email, in information field there is my email [EDIT] (which is registered email).
I asked Bethard to refund 80% of my total net losses (because they didnt close my account even if I asked for it and told my situation), but Bethard refused. Several other casinos have refunded me 100%.
Summarised, Im asking for refund, because they didnt block my access to gamble in their site or sister sites.
In my opinion the other complaint is irrelevant compared to this, because I have never indicated to Bethard that I have diagnosed gambling problem. So I kindly ask you to consider again.
