Resolved - A verification issue has been resolved and the player has confirmed that Bet Motion has now paid them in full.

Read our BetMotion Casino Review.

Player's Complaint

I won about 3400$ in Betmotion but when I ordered withdraw they are block my account without any reason.

I sent a lot of documents for verification (passport, utility bill, selfie with passport, visa, selfie with visa and travel confirmation (!!!) because I fly to other country)

They answered me quickly but when I sent all documents and answered for all questions they needed they add me to ignore list.

They said nothing for many days, I contacted them by email several times, got zero answer!

My account still locked and I still not received my 3380$

But I sent ALL documents. My account is fully verified

Hi vorli,

I've managed to get a response from BetMotion. They inform me that you've been paid in full. Can you confirm this?
