Player's Complaint

Betsson [REFUSED TO PAY] 650 euros from me and claimed a welcome bonus had been claimed more then once on my IP and devices.

This is completely untrue. The device was newly bought from ebay a week before signing up. I live alone and no one from my house signed up for the sports offer.

The only time i have logged onto betsson from another address was costa once. My friend [EDIT] logged into his account from my address when we were having a gambling weekend but he did the casino offer and not sports.

Betsson are refusing to communicate any further so I need help.

i have filed my case.

You and I both know how slow they are though compared to mediators.
