Player's Complaint
I am self excluded from Bet Victor and have been since 2015. I received and email on Monday 14/1/19 asking me to log onto my account with Bet Victor. I wanted to get to the bottom of this as I knew the account was supposed to under self exclusion, I was able to log on and my account was fully functional. I went on chat to find out what was going on and they confirmed the account was excluded and promptly blocked me, I was then told a series off lies by various chat advisers! My issue is this is a gross breach of data protection, the self exclusion act and responsible gambling. I have asked for compensation but so far been refused.

The purpose of this service is to resolve disputes about gambling transactions. We do not seek damages or compensation.
If you feel the issue is that serious you should contact the UKGC, but I would not expect you to receive compensation as an outcome.
