Found for the Casino - As is standard for this group, Betway casino have refused to engage with this service in the management of this complaint.
$1500 still not returned and account closed No one is giving me a straight answer let alone letting me know why. Sent in financial information, address verificaton, everything they asked in a timely manner, still no response and account locked

Unfortunately Betway casino have made clear that they will not discuss your complaint with us. As such all we can do is recommend that you do is contact their regulator the Malta Gaming Authority.

Before going any further I need to make you aware that you've chosen to play with a group who have historically been unwilling to cooperate with this service in the management of complaints. As such the chances that we can do anything to help you is low.
I would also point out that submitting two complaints in quick succession where two independent operators have both concluded that your accounts were problematic suggests that the problem may be at your end rather than the operator's.
I'll contact the operator and revert to you if we receive any feedback.
