Hi Mitini93,

After repeated efforts to discuss this issue with Betway, we have had no response what-so-ever. At this point we have no reasonable expectation of this situation changing.

As a UK citizen your next course of action should be to contact Betway's ADR provider, IBAS. Betway HAVE to respond to them.
