Resolved - Betway have informed us that this issue has been resolved with the player. The player is non-responsive to our requests for an update so we assume they're happy.

After creating an account dating way back to 20/06/18 I deposited £30 and placed a losing bet.
From the resulting loser I was given a free bet and won £400. Since then Betway have refused to pay out this amount. Loads of emails and live chat conversations have taken place but they're still refusing.
I have provided the following:
ID Back and front
Selfie with ID
Proof of address
Debit card front and back
I have sent the above multiple times and happy to provide the docs again if it gets me anywhere this time.

Thanks for taking the time to look at this for me. Yeah they are simply refusing to pay and not responding to any of my emails, it's so odd. I have already provided the documentation they asked for and can continue to do so. [EDIT]

I've contacted the operator and they have requested that your provide a permission letter and proof of ID/address before they will discuss any aspect of your complaint.
I've emailed you a letter that you need to complete, print out, sign and return a photo of to the operator. If you CC [email protected] I'll follow-up with Betway once this is received.

Unfortunately you've chosen to play with a group that hold negative status with this service specifically because they have routinely refused to cooperate with us to manage player complaints. As such the chances of a successful mediation are low. Nevertheless we will try.
Can you tell me what the problem is? Are they refusing to pay? Or is there simply a problem issuing the payment?
