Player's Complaint

Annoyed is an understatement, sent all the documents that Betway asked for, they refused my Proof of address,. Sent more than 5 times more my camera is crap on my phone. But everything was okay with my documents.

I used my friends phone to get a new photo and before I could sent this they told me that they had taken my winnings (confiscated) this for no reason. When i stated why they said its under review again which is totally crap to be honest.

I have literally had enough of there crap. This has been going on for well over a month now!

Please help me.
