Player's Complaint

I have been attempting to verify my account for several days yet have not received any response. Their website claims they verify your account through your deposit LIE. The website claims to have a 24/7 Canadian number (877-811-2604) LIES, there is an automated message that hangs up on you. They advise you to send documents to [email protected] and they will respond in 24 hours LIES. I have won several hundred dollars in the last week however cannot withdraw due to my "unverified" status. I have been sending messages since April 19th to get my account verified to no avail. There is no one to speak to via phone and no one responds to emails. This casino should be shut down because [EDIT].

Unfortunately, after a lengthy conversation with Betway Casino's management, the operators has informed us of the decision not to engage with this complaint due to "privacy" concerns.

At this juncture all we can do is recommend that you contact one of the operator's ADRs, IBAS or eCOGRA.
