Player's Complaint

I would like to enquire about extending the expiry of my bonus at bgo. I have stopped playing after I placed a bet higher than £10 bet on the slot game by mistake. The reason I have stopped is to report my error. I had a very hard time reaching someone on the live chat. I sent an email as well but I didn’t get any reply. When I finally managed to speak with someone on the live chat my bonus got confiscated due to the time restriction. Could you ask them to give me more time to complete my bonus requirements please?

Firstly, if the mistaken bets are resulted in your win, while we may be able to arrange for your bonus to be replayed, it's very unlikely that your balance will be restored.

Yes, I have signed though the the link on the site.

The winning bet was at the right amount 10 pounds. Only after I made the higher bet.

Hi Richiri4,

I've now had the chance to discuss this with BGO and unfortunately this isn't a situation where you've made a single mistaken bet.

Having reviewed some of the game history associated with your play there are:

- 1 bet of £12 (lost)

- 5 bets of £25 (a win of £10 and £35)

- 3 bets of £150 (a win of £50, £400 and £4000)

With even a single winning violating bet there's no grounds for us to argue for the return of your winnings so given the multiple winning violating bets, including a large win from a bet 15x the maximum allowed, there's no reasonable grounds for us to request that.

As it is BGO have agreed to allow you to replay the bonus if you wish?
