Player's Complaint

On the 26th October I requested to withdraw £1300 and then £900 on the 27th. I went to verify my account but it wasn’t working and I tried it on several different browsers and it was the same on them all. I emailed them and sent documentation and they then asked for my PayPal so I sent them a screenshot and was told it wasn’t good enough because it didn’t include everything they needed. I since took another from the desktop site like they suggested and sent that. I have emailed them several times since and had no response, the last email I got from them was the 27th October?

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. Yes I am still experiencing issues I have got through on live chat and they said the compliance team will be in touch when they are done but in don’t know what department that is and why it’s going through that because I have submitted all the documents they have asked for. [EDIT]

Sadly this operator has informed us that they will not cooperate with the management of complaints via this service. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
