Hello everyone !
I started playing Slots and Roulette ...I arrived at an amount 18.000 usd and a few .
after a week my account is closed without a reason ! and without receipt any email or phone call to inform me of this decision.
after several attempts to communicate with the casino's support on the live chat
the first minform that I should have a phone call to check my data, and quickly left the cat without any explanation and the other told me that the registration is wrong (malgres that I have not yet sent any piece identity or piece of evidence of identity.
the last one informed me that I should have a call right away but nothing happened.
I am directed to you thepogg !to solve my problem with this casino
because I smelled the scam really !!
and I arrived at a situation that I could not sleep
because of what happened to me .

Sadly after repeated efforts to raise this issue with BigDollar Casino we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture I have no reasonable expectations of this changing.
