Player's Complaint
Requested a withdrawal on 30-10-2021 of 2500 euro. On 02-11-2021 i wanted to log in to my account and my country is blocked (without any notice)The day before had contacted live support why the withdrawal was still pending. They said they were working on it. When i saw my country was blocked all of the sudden i immediatly emailed support but i got no response. Can you please help me with this issue?

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
