Bingo for Money – Cash removal
Resolved - This player has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for further information. As such we assume that they no longer require our help with this issue.

I opened my account a few days ago and before I could deposit I had to verify my ID. I provided all of the documentation and they closed my account due to “several inconsistencies”. They said this decision was irrevocable. So I just left it as my documentation is perfectly acceptable and has been used successfully at other casinos.
Then I get an unsolicited email saying that my account has been reinstated based on the documents on provided.
So I deposited $75 to which they added a bonus. I didn’t want the bonus so I asked live chat to remove it and they did. I was happily playing and got my balance up to $189 when it suddenly disappeared and my balance was 0.
I contacted live support and they said I’d played my balance. I hadn’t, so I checked the history logs and it said “real cash removal by CS”. So the casino has removed my cash balance. I have screen shots of this and of my account showing as verified.
I have contacted their security team and have not received a response or an explanation as to why they removed my funds.
They have since closed my account and still haven’t contacted me.
