Player's Complaint
My dashboard stated that ZERO PERCENT of my 20 mbtc was being held by active bonus. I withdrew 18 mbtc. As soon as I clicked on my verification email, my withdrawal was cancelled and 16 mbtc was removed from my account. Bitstarz is saying it was because of Friday loyalty bonus. But I had exhausted the tiny bonus HOURS BEFORE winning. Now they won't give me my money back. I need help.

Yes. I received 10 free spins.. 0.00001 was the amount I won. I played my requirements 100 times over before I won the $416 that they took from my account

No. I only won . 00001 mbtc from the 10 free spins. I had over 2 mbtc of my own money already in my account when I was "gifted" the free spins. I literally played all day that day.. it was 5-6 hours later when I won my jackpot.

Where you accept a bonus with a maximum win limit, the maximum that you will ever be allowed to withdraw - even if you keep playing on after the wagering requirements - is the win limit + any funds that were in your account prior to claiming the bonus. Have you been allowed to withdraw that amount?
