As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Black Label Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 12th of March let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.

Hi thanks for the reply . I've had them phone me up the other day and said I've gone over max bet . I deposited my own money 150 it wasnt a bonus . And I won 4900 on a spin that was 20 euros. Eventually I took 5000. The phone me up and said we can give you €1000 . I said no to the offer and he said he would get back to me with a phone call . 4 dys later I've had no phone call just an email saying that my withdrawal of €1000 is pending . When I didn't approve or accept this. So they have took the 5000 withdrawal of completely. I have screenshots of emails chats and game play history . I'm getting no were with them.

If you've exceeded their max bet limit, even without a bonus, then there is effectively no possibility of us getting you paid. While I am not saying that we find this practice acceptable, I would suggest agreeing to whatever arrangement they are prepared to enter into that will see you receive the most of your balance. Your options otherwise are very limited.
