I submitted a withdraw with black lotus casino for $1900.00 on 4-16-22 I deposited without any deposit bonuses, no welcome bonuses, no match play, no free spins. I deposited I played. I won. I withdrew on 4-16-22 for $1900.00. I received an email confirmation for the withdraw to be approved. On 4-19-22 without notice Black Lotus Reversed the 1900.00 withdraw and then made an adjustment to my account for -1900.00 without explanation. I sent customer service a message about it, i was disconnected, Lied to, passed around the different service members with absolutely no results beyond them saying I used a bonus code on 4-17-22 which wouldnt have had an effect on the funds withdrawn the day before. I submitted complaints with Guru Casino with a few replies from the service rep but onced asked why the negative adjustment was made to my account they stopped replying. I submitted a complaint to the Casino Regulation Guru reffered me to with a link of the complaint on guru with no response. Im still in good standings with an open account and they still accept my deposits. Please Help Recover My Winnings of 1900.00 Thank you

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
