Casino closed my account without any reason and holding my money.
They send me email 10.4.2020 to send documents, i sent 11.4.2020 documents.
They told in email that verification will take up to 3 days. 1.5 they were finally ready with verification and decided to close my account. Any of that time i wasnt able to log in to my account. And asked many times in chat what is the problem, but didnt get any reason. They always said finance department is checking documents and reply soon via email. I created my account 10.4 to casino i found from casinostream, i took 100% bonus and played with respecting all the rules that casino have.
Casino payed back my 190€ deposit, but im not happy with that, i had 2163€ balance after bonus.
Boaboa casino have provided sufficient evidence to demonstrate that this account is unnaturally associated with other accounts in breach of terms and conditions. As such we will take no further part in the representation of this player's claim.
