Player's Complaint
On bobscasino.com I registered and made a deposit and I made over 300$ and have been trying to cash out and I am unable to, I have contacted support numerous times with no helpful response as to why I can't cash out. I indicated that I was unable to select any option to cash out one representative told me to clear my history try again I did and didn't work and another representative told me to make another deposit of 20$ so I did and that did not work. What is it going to take to cash out the money i made, if I can't I would like to be reimbursed the money I spent. Really unhappy with this casino and will never use again thank you and look forward to your response and hopefully something gets resolved.
