Player's Complaint

On bobscasino.com I registered and made a deposit and I made over 300$ and have been trying to cash out and I am unable to, I have contacted support numerous times with no helpful response as to why I can't cash out. I indicated that I was unable to select any option to cash out one representative told me to clear my history try again I did and didn't work and another representative told me to make another deposit of 20$ so I did and that did not work. What is it going to take to cash out the money i made, if I can't I would like to be reimbursed the money I spent. Really unhappy with this casino and will never use again thank you and look forward to your response and hopefully something gets resolved.

Hi sahtu9394,

I've spoken to Bob Casino about this issue and they inform me that unfortunately the payment method you deposited with does not support withdrawals.

They have offered you several alternative withdrawal options but you need to make a minimum deposit to activate these.

Please select one of these methods, make a small deposit, then place your withdrawal and let us know when you receive your funds.
