Hi,
I have typed the story so many times the last few days to their customer service but hopefully this will be a little bit more usefull.
I wanted to try bobcasino because of their "fast" withdrawal system. So 3 or 4 days ago I made an account at bobcasino. I deposited about 8000 euros I think and made 9500 euros. I know that they require info (just like any casino) to verify. Usually its just ID and bank statement maybe but they asked for more. No problem I uploaded it all. Then few hours later I heard it had to be in PDF. Also no problem. Did it again.
Then, they asked for another file. I Upload it, they ask for another file. I upload it, they ask for another one. This has been going on for about 4 days with a lot of miscomunications where the live chat says something and the financial department says something else. Like 3 or 4 times this also happened. I am starting to think that they wont pay me out and I got scammed. Dont know what to do I really need the money.

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 11th of December let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
