Player's Complaint
Problem is that casino is telling that they have paid out and ask me to chechk from my Bank why that money transfer is not yet come into my bank account, payment has been done 5.8.
I really have my doubts that the problems is in my bank side. Cause i have done many withdraws into bank account and never faced this kind of problems also i havent heard that some players have missed their winnings because of their Bank.Aso i really dont know how my bank can trace payements if they dont have all needed information form that transfer?
