BoomBet - Withdrawl hasnt been received

Player's Complaint

On the 6/3/18 I deposited money on a casino called Boombet. I won a rather large amount but due to regulations I was only able to withdraw $500 in which I did on the 7/3/18. My withdraw was accepted and I was waiting for the funds.

On the 14/3/18 I contacted a support person who advised me I needed to fill out some documentation for the funds to be wired to my account.

This was done and they are saying they sent my winnings to my bank on the 20/3 and it takes up to 10 days. I haven't seen a. ive asked for a bank trace reference but they just say the money has been sent. I ask to make sure its was sent to right account but no answer just ignored. The contact person is [EDIT] who can only chat by email and not on the phone.

Before we go any further I need to make you aware that BoomBet is both Blacklisted with this site and part of a group that are routinely non-responsive to complaints posted with this service. While I will make every effort to contact the operator on your behalf, you need to be aware from the outset that the chances of success are low.

Hi Ausbrad84, Unfortunately after repeated efforts to communicate with BoomBet about this issue we've received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture I have no reasonable expectations of this position changing in the near future. As BoomBet do not appear to hold any gambling license we cannot even direct you on to a regulator. Sorry we could not be of more help! ThaPOGG
