Hi there
I recently changed my points and received €8 I then got a €20 bonus and €10 cash back as I lost £1600 a few months ago.
I won €1000 and now they are now telling me I won with the cash back and only entitled to €100 as stated I the Ts and Cs.
I received an email from a person called [EDIT] with this statement “ if you would have come with a positive approach I would have gladly spoke with finance and try to get you a higher max cashout .
This is really unacceptable and very rude of them to do this.
What could I actually do about this as from the reviews people don’t even get their payouts.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Bronze Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
With regard to your complaint - had your balance dropped to zero before this win?
I would also like to know specifically what you have said to support to elicit the above response?
