Hi there

This is regarding a bonus that was awarded to my account while playing on a mobile device and the terms and conditions being impossible for me to view or find on the mobile version of there site thus it being impossible for me to know exactly what the terms and conditions were and that it was slots only and not table games.

I have photo evidence of this .. there’s a link on the site saying click here for more information on the bonus but when I click or clicked on that while on my iPhone it just redirects me to there home page .. Please try to find there bonus terms and conditions on there mobile site and I assure you there not there.

I met all wagering requirements and won the big amount once the bonus period was well over yet theyve took away my winnings with it being impossible for me to know I could not play table games

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Bronze Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Secondly, the group you have chosen to play with are both negatively listed here and inconsistent in their approach to managing complaints submitted to this service. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf at the appropriate junctures, the chances of a successful mediation are low.

I've discussed this issue with the operator. As they can demonstrate that you accessed the site via both a mobile and desktop device their position is that you must be familiar with the terms. We do not agree with or accept this position. Terms and conditions need to be easily accessible to players are all times if they are to be considered enforceable.

The operator are not prepared to change their position. Sorry we could not be of more help!
