I have had a pending withdrawal from bronze casino since 20th Oct. I have submitted ID documents and completed phone verification but the withdrawal does not seem to be being processed. I have email several times to follow up and tried the online chat but get no response. I would be grateful for any assistance to get the withdrawal processed.

Hi djmum11 - welcome to ThePOGG.com! As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Bronze do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom. Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us.
