Resolved - A verification issue has been resolved and the submitting complainant has now confirmed that they have received their payment from Bronze Casino.
Hi
I have had a pending withdrawal from bronze casino since 20th Oct. I have submitted ID documents and completed phone verification but the withdrawal does not seem to be being processed. I have email several times to follow up and tried the online chat but get no response. I would be grateful for any assistance to get the withdrawal processed.

I've spoken to Bronze Casino and they inform us that your withdrawal has been approved but they are waiting on you providing a photo of the front of the card you used to make the deposit showing the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card number.
Can you please let us know when you have submitted this?

Thank you, I have now had a response and submitted my documents again and been informed that my withdrawal is now approved so I hope to see this in my account soon. Thanks for your assistance.
