Player's Complaint

Hello, I am having problems with cashpoint and them paying out my winnings. I placed a lot of bets with them with no problems but a few days ago I notified them about a mistake they made in one of my tickets when they wrongly graded my ticket. I was waiting for 4 days while they were checking a simple mistake and in the meantime they made another mistake in a second ticket. Now they do not answer to my emails and I found out that they have changed my bet in my betting history so tat now it looks like I betted a whole different outcome. I am adding the screenshots of the tickets that I made before and after the change they made.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact Cashpoint about this issue we've received no response what-so-ever. As such there's nothing further that we can do to help you.

My recommendation would be that you contact Cashpoint's regulator the Malta Gaming Authority.
