Player's Complaint
I withdrew 5000 of winnings as i knew that was the maximum amount and played through about 500 i had left. I didnt know when i clicked back on the game my bet had changed from 4 euros to ten. It did it automacticly. Now theyre saying im entitled to nothing of my winnings cos i bet more than 30 percent of my deposit. Which i dont think is fair. Please help me with this as im not a rich person. The money i won was more than five times my monthly wage.

Sadly there is nothing we can do to help you in this circumstance.
Firstly you should be aware that as a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Cashpot casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your play.
Secondly, we have discussed this term with this group of operators many times. The information we have been provided states that this type of term would be considered invalid under EU consumer protection laws. However this group will not remove it. As such there is no possibility of us being able to get you paid.
