Resolved - After a short payment delay Casillion have paid this player in full. The player has confirmed receipt of payment and we consider this issue resolved.

Player's Complaint

I played Casillion and made € 499 withdrawal and € 100 withdrawals on 7.11.2017. withdrawal made have not heard anything and I do not get any connection with the casino even I have sent multiple emails. livechat is offline? I also tried to cancel the withdrawal but it does not work?
