Player's Complaint

I am very disappointed with the above company, I played fairly through their bonus and won over 1001 euro's I withdrew 500. I sent all the paperwork required but now I have been told that I cannot have the money and the sum of 56.67 have been returned to my account. I have been told that I that bet too high but this isn't so. I am absolutely fuming.Can you help?

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this situation.

Firstly, as a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Casino1Club do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your play.

Secondly, Casino 1 Club carry the following term:

"We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses for irregular play.

"Irregular play" includes, inter alia:
Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play."

Outside of bonus play, the guidance we have received from the MCCAA is that this term would not be considered valid under EU consumer law. However having discussed this issue on many occasions with the Game Tech Group I can state with certainty that they will not alter their practices.
