Player's Complaint
I opened an account with casino 1 and deposited several times totalling 850 usd.
I've been self excluded from all gaming sites which include game tech sites. I have since closed my account and requested a refund from casino 1 but haven't heard from them.

Hi spinx84 - welcome back.
As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Casino 1 Club do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Secondly, the group you have chosen to play with are both negatively listed here and inconsistent in their approach to managing complaints submitted to this service. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf at the appropriate junctures, the chances of a successful mediation are low.
Finally, Casino 1 Club operator on a Curacao based license that does not require their licensees to carry over self-exclusions to other properties on the license. That being the case you would only be self-excluded at the specific properties that you have requested a self-exclusion at. Have you requested a self-exclusion at Casino 1 Club before?
