Casino 770 - no game error

Ruling

Found for the Casino - While the player submitted this as a complaint, they don't appear to actually want ThePOGG to do anything about it. As such we can't contact either the casino or the LGA and the claims the player makes are completely unsubstantiated as far as we're concerned.

Player's Complaint

I have recently been dealing with the LGA over my issue with Casino 770 which is now NetBet.

I won £5000 and when I went to withdraw, my account was closed and I was accused of cheating on blackjack. I did not play this game and after they looked into it I was cleared and the £5000 was put back in my account. I then went to withdraw again and again they took my money and closed my account. This time they said due to multiple accounts. I explained to them and they accepted my explanation and put the £5000 back in my account. I then went on to gamble and won a further £9000 making my total balance £14,000. They rung me up and said due to yet another tech error where my account was deducting I would only receive £4000 which I did.

I then sent a letter of complaint to the lga who investigated the matter. The investigation is now over with and I received an email from LGA saying that Cosmo Gaming would be in touch. I then received an email from Cosmo Gaming saying £6000 was deposited to my account. I wrote to the LGA because the amount they took from me does not match the amount they paid, there is a shortfall of £4000. They said Cosmo would explain how they came to this figure. I have emailed them and no reply. I have been on live chat and they end the conversation without giving me an explanation and now I am blocked on live chat. The investigation concluded there was no technical error therefor all monies should be paid and I have not been paid in full. They will not answer any of my emails. I will take this further and will write to the malteese newspapers if I have to. For 16 months they have branded me a cheat they have caused me so much stress its unreal. I have suffered greatly in my personal life with this casino. To be called a cheat and branded over the internet with it as well and I do not get an apology. I want the other £4000 they owe me and I am ready to sue the casino for all undue stress and other problems they have caused me. If the LGA says no tech error and it's in black and white, why do they refuse to pay the full amount.

Hi bashmc,

Firstly, I apologise for the delay getting your complaint processed. We made some updates to the code on the site to allow it to load faster, but while that was happening I could not make any new posts.

This sounds like a very complex issue and before I contact NetBet it would be of great help if you could forward on to me all communication you've had with NetBet, the LGA and Cosmo Gaming regarding this issue so I can try and establish exactly what's going on. Send to [email protected]

Thanks

Hi bashmc,

I really need the information requested in the above post before I can do anything about your issue. I'll also need your username and the email address you use at NetBet.

Thanks
