Player's Complaint
Hello I deposited quite a few times and then manage to make a withdrawal of 600 euros after wagering the funds. I heard nothing and kept contacting the casino to ask why I had not received an email asking for verification documents. I was just told on chat that finance would contact me when they needed it yet they never did. I cancelled the withdrawal and then made another for 400 euros and was still ignored I then did one for 200 euros and again was ignored and the account was then blocked. I have tried to contact them to ask for all my deposits back and again I have just been ignored. I tried to dispute the payments but because it was on my credit card that I made the deposits they said they can not dispute them. I also have now found out they are blacklisted on most sites and do not hold a U.K. licence.

Unfortunately if you have chosen to play with and subsequently lost your funds there is nothing we can do to help you. Had you approached us before playing we would have contacted the operator to try and speed the withdrawal process up, but where you choose to gamble you expect to be paid the wins, so you have to accept the losses.
