Player's Complaint

I am trying to withdraw my winnings. I have passed the 48 hour reversal period, but my withdrawal is still pending. Live Support has told me to contact Risk Management, and so far they have only confirmed that thee correct department has my emails but I still have not heard back from anyone. This is now looking more like a scam to make me play out my winnings!

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 7th of August let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
