Casino.com review is true here....bulgarians are not allowing me to speak to managers saying ..its not possible!for communists but not in the democratic west...i don't understand how they are uk licensed but based in Bulgaria!

I said my birth name is [EDIT] changed in the UK legally to [EDIT] am very angry of 6 days they claim turnaround forbwithdrawal I only used them as they have phone deposit!

Pls help me get my withdrawal processed quicker...

They are now trying to expedite withdrawal winning of 110 they first claimed 6 days to make withdrawal and now well see if this agents I spoke TODAY really helps... more power pogg....problems do arise when I don't note your casino reviews!

theyre asking why i changed addressess theyre very repetitive and managers have no accountability, typical iron curtain stuff, why is the contact centre in Bulgaria and not a Nato state anyway?

Hi Nono26,

It's just come to my attention that you have been submitting complaints under multiple different usernames. Please do not do that. I've consolidated this complaint to your 'nonoako2627' account.

Each of the 3 complaints you've submitted has tied back to the operator being unhappy with changes to your details that raise red flags with relation to identity theft/fraud. I appreciate that yyou may have done nothing wrong, but it is not the operators that are acting unusually here.

You are going to have to comply with the operator's request and provide documentation to demonstrate that you have in fact changed your name and your address. Without this you will not get paid.
