Player's Complaint

Originally withdrew mid May 2020!!!! They've sent a couple of email since saying it's delayed etc. Then another saying issue with it and money should be back in my account. But I just checked and there is no money back in my account.

They have not emailed asking for any verification documents.

Can't seem to get through on live chat any more it's just a useless bot.

Not sure what else I can do.
