deposit limit not working

I registred in 2013 with Casino Estrella. In that time i signed up from the Netherlands.

Now I see they can’t let players accept from the Netherlands, that’s why my account can’t never win. I can not even make a deposit limit as I tried many times before. They should close my account if I am a restricted user.

That’s why I want my refund of the money I deposited from the time players from Netherlands not accepted and I didn’t get updated about his, nor my account is inactive.

It doesn’t matter, every deposit I lose, it looks like system not allowing me to win anything, because I am a restricted user.

Hi Johnsonn88 - welcome back!

Firstly, the restrictions against Dutch players engage with online gambling has not been effectively enforced by the KSA. This appears to be changing, but if your complaint is about whether or not you should have been allowed to play you need to take this up with the KSA.

Secondly, I think it's exceptionally unlikely that this has any bearing on your gambling experience. Casino Estrella use the same software providers (Net Ent, Betsoft etc) that are widely used by many hundreds of operators. The individual casino operator does not control the manner in which the games function, the software providers do.
